Knockout City will be free-to-play for 10 days, from 21/5 until 30/5

Electronic Arts announced that Knockout City will be free-to-play for 10 days, from 21/5 until 30/5.

The online multiplayer game, inspired by dodgeball, is being developed by Velan Studios (development company of Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit). EA calls this launch event "Private Party" and intends to promote the game with tournaments, livestreams and games with developers.

Knockout City will be released on May 21 for PC (Origin, Steam, Epic Games Store), Switch, PS4 and Xbox One. The game will be included in the subscription package of EA Play and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, on PC and consoles. Those who buy it within the first ten days (it will cost 20 euros) will receive Bonus Cosmetics and 500 Holo Greens for purchases.

Knockout City Season 1 will start on May 25 and will have a new map. There will also be  tournaments with prizes of $10,000 for America and $ 5,000 for Europe.

Knockout City will be released for PC, PS4, Xbox One, PS5, Xbox Series X / S and Switch on May 21st.
