Gaming Releases - April 2021

On the first of April we had the release of Outriders. It is a collaborative looter-shooter experience for 1-3 players, from Square Enix and the developers of Gears of War: Judgment and Bulletstorm, to People Can Fly.

The game was released for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X | S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC (Steam & Epic) and Stadia, and is also available on the Xbox Game Pass subscription service.

Towards the end of the month and specifically on April 30, PS5 owners will have a new console exclusive release , the Returnal.

PS5 owners will also be able to enjoy Oddworld: Soulstorm through PlayStation Plus. The new chapter of the series arrives on April 6 for both the next-gen system, as well as for the PS4 and PC.

On April 30, Nintendo Switch owners and Pokémon franchise lovers will have the opportunity to enjoy a new experience, the New Pokémon Snap.  Players will take on the role of a  new Pokémon photographer with the Lental region expert, Professor Mirror to photograph wildlife Pokémon.

On April 23 we have the NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139  for PS4, Xbox One and PC .

This title is a remaster of the original NieR that was released in two different formats in 2010. The PS3 version was called Nier Replicant, with a newer protagonist. It was the main version and the upcoming remaster is based on it now. On the other hand, the Xbox 360 version was called NieR: Gestalt and had an older protagonist. The game is a prequel of NieR: Automata.

 A game release that will take many years back to those who love strategy games is the Total War: ROME REMASTERED.

This updated version will include the base game and the Alexander & Barbarian Invasion DLC, with remastered 4K graphics, multiple new features, gameplay additions and enhancements such as new factions, improved UI and sound, as well as an updated help system, with more targeted messages and better tutorials.

Total War: ROME REMASTERED will arrive on April 29, 2021 for PC, Mac and Linux (via Steam), while those who already own the original game, can receive a 50% discount.

On April 22 will be released the MotoGP 21 and the Second Extinction, which will come to Xbox consoles and Xbox Game Pass, to offer co-op action and dinosaur battles is also worth mentioning.
